Wood Variations: Wood is a natural material, and variations in grain patterns, color, and texture are normal. These differences contribute to the unique beauty of each piece and are not considered defects.
Expansion and Contraction: Wood naturally expands and contracts with changes in humidity and temperature. This movement can cause minor shifts in the finish, such as hairline cracks or joint lines, especially in painted surfaces. These occurrences are typical and not indicative of poor workmanship.
Joint Lines and Cracks: Painted cabinetry may exhibit visible joint lines or minor cracks over time due to the natural movement of wood. This is especially noticeable in lighter paint colors and is a common characteristic, not a flaw.
Color Variations: Over time, exposure to light and environmental factors can cause slight color changes in painted finishes. These changes are normal and not covered under warranty.
Moisture and Heat: Excessive moisture or heat can adversely affect painted finishes. It’s essential to maintain a stable indoor environment to preserve the integrity of the cabinetry.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Use gentle cleaning agents and avoid abrasive materials to clean painted surfaces. Harsh chemicals or scrubbing can damage the finish and are not recommended.
Coverage: Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period. However, it does not cover issues arising from natural wood characteristics, environmental factors, or improper maintenance.
Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, including minor cracks, joint lines, and color changes due to aging or environmental exposure, are not covered under the warranty.
