4. Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your project on our schedule.

Failure to provide payment may result in suspension of services or legal collection efforts.

5. Scheduling and Project Timelines

We strive to complete projects within the estimated timeframe; however, delays may occur due to:

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure an efficient project, clients agree to:

Provide reasonable access to the property
Keep pets and children safely away from work zones
Maintain a climate-controlled environment when required

Failure to prepare the space may result in rescheduling fees.

7. Change Orders

Any modifications to the original scope of work must be approved in writing. Additional labor, materials, or time will result in updated pricing.

8. Finish Expectations

While we use professional techniques and premium coatings, painted cabinetry is subject to natural wear over time.

Clients understand that:

Wood expands and contracts with humidity
Minor joint lines or hairline cracks may appear
Touch-ups may be required with normal use
Color perception may vary based on lighting

These are normal characteristics and not considered workmanship defects.

9. Warranty Limitations

Our warranty covers defects in workmanship for the period specified in your project agreement.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by moisture, heat, or environmental conditions
Improper cleaning or harsh chemicals
Physical impact or misuse
Alterations made by others

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.

10. Cancellation Policy
